The section is responsible for general management of all our townships in terms of (1)refuse, street lighting and sewer. It also manages the (2)waiting list and lease registers and plays a role in the (3) allocation of stands to applicants. Furthermore, the section (4) manages council properties in terms of general maintenance in addition to implementing of new council buildings which include schools, clinics and community halls.
